Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, you have the flexibility to bring your own caterer, decorator, and other vendors to make your event truly unique. We can also provide a list of preferred partners upon request.
Is alcohol allowed on the premises?
Yes, alcohol is permitted. However, if you are serving alcohol, we require a licensed bartender to handle the service and day-of event insurance.
Does our rental time include setup and teardown?
Rental time includes set up and tear down. You get one hour of set up and five hours of event time. Your tear down is your hard out.
What is the parking situation?
Parking is located on the premises. There's accessible street parking, as well as nearby public parking lots for your guests.
How many guests does the facility hold?
Our indoor space (1,400 sq ft) can comfortably accommodate 60 to 70 guests, while our outdoor area (4,000 sq ft) can hold up to 100 guests with tables set up.
